Measured Development

We develop people over time. Our workshops are four hours once a month for 12 consecutive months. During each workshop we address two key management skills and managers create an action plan based on what they have learned. They have 30 days to implement that plan and practice their skills before coming back to learn two new ones.

Accountability Process

A week to 10-days after each session, we meet with your managers at your office. Each manager shares their Personal Action Plan action plan for implementing key ideas from each session within your organization, their S.M.A.R.T. meetings (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-bound) goals, and the RESULTS they have achieved from previous Action Plans. This ensures their best ideas are translated into quantifiable returns on your financial investment them.
